Home Information Packs (HIPs)

The Government has suspended the Home Information Pack (HIP) from 21st May 2010. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is, however, still required.

What do I need to do?
All homes being marketed for sale will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and that EPC must be provided to the prospective buyer.

What will it cost?
Sheldon Bosley will supply an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) free of charge.
